8-15-07 009 Since 1975, founders Sam Yoder and Maylon Mast have worked together to build the business with the sole purpose of providing top quality trusses and unmatched customer service. In January of 2011, Sam Yoder felt it was time for him to retire and sell the company. He was concerned about keeping the solid reputation of the company, and more importantly, the employees, many of whom have been with Sam Yoder & Son for 20-30 years. That’s when Maylon Mast teamed up with Hudson Management and purchased the company. Yoder felt the partnership would be a perfect fit for keeping his original vision in place while growing the company and guaranteeing its future success.
